Refunds

Creating your inspection is free. You only pay (A$9.95, once) when you create the Evidence Pack PDF for an inspection.

We'll refund you if

• you paid but couldn't download your Evidence Pack, and we can't fix it for you
• you were charged more than once for the same inspection
• something else went wrong on our side

Email rentrecord@outlook.com within 30 days of paying. Include the email address you used at checkout. You don't need to send any photos or details of your rental.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Change of mind

Because the PDF is delivered straight away, we don't usually offer refunds for change of mind once you've downloaded it. If you're unhappy, email us anyway and we'll do our best to help.

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
